Weekend Wander
If you’re craving a slower start to the weekend, a local farmers market is always a good idea. Pick up fresh fruit, flowers, pastries, or let the kids choose something colorful for the week ahead.
Saturday
College of San Mateo Farmers’ Market (9:00 am–1:00 pm)
Sunday
San Carlos Farmers’ Market (9:00 am–1:00 pm)
Menlo Park Farmers’ Market (9:00 am–1:00 pm)
Little Joy
Let each child choose one thing to lead this weekend. Maybe it’s stopping to watch a street musician, picking the brightest tomato at the market, or spending ten extra minutes at the playground. Those little detours are often the parts they remember most.
Whether you end up discovering a new favorite artist, dancing to bluegrass in the park, or simply wandering your local farmers market with an iced coffee in hand, we hope this weekend gives your family a little room to slow down together.
Thanks for letting us be part of your weekend planning. Have a wonderful weekend!
